When you book a call through our scheduling calendar, we collect your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add. We also use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, time on site, the type of device and browser used, the website that referred you, and your approximate location. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold the call you requested, understand how our website is used so we can improve it, and keep our website running securely. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run Cap6: our scheduling provider (Cal.com), Google (Analytics, calendar and email), Zoom (video calls), and our website host. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
